Flexographic Printing: Print Large Quantities Quickly

Flexographic printing offers high-volume label production at an affordable price. Flexographic printed labels use a flexible printing plate to print on the substrate moving through high-speed cylinders. We produce flexographic or “flexo” labels on a variety of substrates, including:

• Metallic film
• Vinyl
• Polyester
• Polypropylene
• Paper

When to Use Flexographic

Flexo printed labels are the obvious choice for large quantity orders as flexographic printing presses are designed to produce large runs at high speeds. Our presses routinely run at speeds around 150 feet per minute, with the capability to run as fast 500+ feet per minute. Common applications include warning labels and food and beverage packaging labels.

Our Flexographic Capabilities

The size of labels that we can produce flexographically range from as small as 0.25” x 0.25” to as large as 9” x 21”. All flexo labels are produced in roll form or fan-folded, depending on the specifications of the customer.
